But these? These are the non-negotiables I recommend to almost every postpartum woman or mama dealing with hormone imbalances, gut issues, and that bone-deep exhaustion that won’t quit.

I need to be honest with you about why I do this work.

I have been there.

I was the mom dragging through every day on fumes. Snapping at my kids over nothing. Crying over my body that wouldn’t budge no matter what I tried. Feeling guilty for being so irritable. Avoiding my reflection so I wouldn’t see the tired unrecognizable woman looking back.

I tried everything. I spent money I didn’t have on supplements that didn’t help. I blamed myself for not trying hard enough.

🚴🏻‍♀️Vibrant. Active. Health-conscious. Clean living. Regular workouts. Did all the “right things.”

And still felt absolutely terrible.
