Heart SO full of love 💗 from the beauty, community building, and independent healing journeys that were witnessed at yesterday’s Seed Yoga annual respite retreat. 🌱Twenty-three caregivers were treated to a day away to recharge and do something just for themselves. The day included outdoor yoga flow ☀️and barn yoga nidra with Casey Martin , swimming and exploring the grounds of , journaling and talking with .hunt.39 in the garden, and restorative yoga and sound bath ✨in the barn with Poetic Beats Yoga . The magical day concluded with a lovely and delicious farm to table four-course meal from . 82% attended on scholarship - 52% attended on full scholarship! This is a day retreat on a chef’s farm in Vermillion, with practices geared toward finding the breath with slower movement outdoors, restoring and nourishing the body and mind with rest and sound, and finding tools to deal with the heavy stuff. Join me, Nadeen from , Dena Fisher from , and Kristin Hunt, LISW. Some optional downtime activities include swimming in a private pool, walking the wooded trails, making friends with the resident cats or chickens, or finding a quiet spot to sit and journal.
