HI I'm Mel.:) thank you for reading this....The tools I offer you are the same tools I have used to heal myself. I use my personal experience along with my education and professional training to help you move the energy in your body that no longer serves you. I can not tell you what energy no longer serves you only you can. I am here to support you on your journey in anyway I am able to. I love wh

en I share my experience and strength with others and see the light go off within...that light that says I can totally relate. The eye stands for the third eye and is because the light in me seeing the light in you...even when you don't see it within yourself. I will be your cheerleader, the unconditional support with the loving guidance/ encouragement you need....

A lil about me....I love nature and have a deep connection with mother earth and all living things....the animals guide and protect me. The earth hugs me even when I try to resist. I am a solo camper and enjoy new adventures. I love the empowerment I get when i try new things that scare me..... My moto "I am more fearful of not doing it then I am of doing it" .....I find new adventures walking a trail I've been to a million times, watching a movie I've seen before, spending time with the same friends at the same place. The more awake I become the more "New" adventures I have. I find comfort in stillness. I try my hardest to catch myself engaging the those behaviors that "no longer "serve me. Sometimes I catch the thought before it becomes an action and other times I catch it a few days later when I realize I've been feeling "poopy"....I am not perfect I will never portray myself as such, We are all here learning how to navigate this human experience and I would be honored to help you with yours. Whether you have experienced/ or are experiencing trauma, or you have something inside that is leading you to me for whatever reason (we can figure that out together)....please feel free to reach out.

Hey yall! It is time, I've been holding this offering close to my heart for a while.... I'm really excited, like child like excitement about being ready to share this ☺️ 😍
Virtual Music Medicine Offerings Now Available!!!!!🦉🪶🕷🐎🐢🐍💞
There are several options available. If there is something specific your called to please just ask, i love to creatively discuss new ideas. I am herw as a vessel for the music medicine, if there is something specific your called to ask for or inquire about, please ask. This is for you so it's important that your getting what feels best for you in the moment.
Here are some ideas:
- movement with the Djembe.. the djembe loves channeling medicine to help you wanna move your body. No experience necessary. The space is created to help you drop into your body and intuitively flow with the music medicine. Maybe you're hula hooping, using a shaker, just dancing, slowing moving your body, on a Yoga mat, on the couch, in a chair, walking in nature, in ur backyard, at the beach..truly the possibilities are endless...
- stillness - the music medicine available is; djembe (large and junior) *most of the time these are present for support*, 16" Buffalo bass drum, Wind chimes, rattles, shakers, native American Grandfather Flute, intuitive vocals and chanting. There will be verbal intuitive guidance throughout the experience. As always, if there are specific music medicines that your drawn too, let me know...
- all services are great for families. I have over 20 years experience working w children of all ages. Reach out and let's chat about what you may be looking for.

*a good set of ear phones/buds will help you hear the music medicine more fully instead of using the speaker phone on the cell phone.

hey y'all! I'm pumped to be out in Parma Heights, next Saturday!! starting my day with movement gets me going and even more excited for the day ahead! will make u wanna move ur body. I'll offer some gentle guidance to help u drop into your body. you will deepen your connection to your body by trusting the movement your body is asking for. it's not about following anybody else, it's about trusting the flow of the energy of where ur body natural wants to move. your body will never ask you to move in a way that will hurt you or not feel good. I have learned to trust my body in a way I have never have with the help of the . y'all it's too good not to share.

So pumped to be out in Parma!! The Djembe medicine has helped me move and clear what no longer serves me. The Djembe is ready to share its healing with y'all !!! I've noticed once I hear the Rhythm of the Djembe, all I want to do is move. I will offer gentle guidance to help you drop into your body and trust the movement your body wants to do.
