This afternoon Mom and I will head to Nashville for my 3 year heart and liver transplant checkups tomorrow. Time sure does fly when you’re living and enjoying life. I am so very blessed to be here and can’t thank my angel donor enough for these beautiful organs and the past 3 years of life💚❤️♻️

Sometimes there are songs that come along and just make me remember my angel donor and truly speaks how I feel!
As I’m approaching 3 years on this beautiful journey I pray everyday that you are watching from above and I am making you proud as I carry on your life and legacy!

Hi everyone I haven’t given an official update lately! Life is great, I’m feeling good and enjoying everyday! I don’t have another transplant checkup till September.
I’ve been working out with my wonderful husband and taking lots of camping trips, I’m truly a summer girl! Plans are being made for the future which I will announce later on! I wouldn’t be living this life without my wonderful donor and God’s many blessings❤️❤️❤️

It all starts tomorrow! We hope you’ll stay tuned with us through this month to support and celebrate all the heart warriors past and present. Help us spread awareness, help us support research, help us celebrate the ones who fight and have fought . It’s heart month y’all!

Long overdue post:

Next week will be 8 months!!
Last year was my miracle year! I’ve been meaning to do a collage. There have been ups and downs these past 7 months but I am so very blessed and could never stop thanking my donor. I think about him/her everyday of my life and most of the time can’t hold back tears❤️

Good Monday Morning!

*I have 4 urgent prayer request this morning.

-pray for my sweet friend Stacey and her family, her stepdad passed this morning after his battle with cancer💗

-A wonderful family I met through Facebook. John and his wife are early 30’s he went into heart failure and pursued a transplant, he was born with similar defects as mine. He was not a candidate for a transplant and his heart failure got so much worse over the past few months. They were just keeping him comfortable and he went to be with Jesus yesterday. He leaves behind a wife and little girl. My heart is broken for them💗

-Joe has had a few complaints. Pray for strength and wisdom for the doctors to treat these things 💗

- Sweet little Nora was supposed to leave the hospital from her heart transplant but has been spiking a fever for days and they have searched her whole body and can’t find any infection. She is so ready to get out of that hospital, it’s really wearing on here mind and body. Please pray for intervention and healing 💗
