I remember being so stressed that I was throwing up blood. I remember at a point when I would just hold everything in and I would mentally breakdown . These break downs were horrible... I say that to say this .. when you’re going through certain things you don’t see yourself getting out of that or the mindset you’re in at that point in time. I’m not where I wanna be but I proud of the process and healing I’m going through. You might be going through the biggest storm and mental war you ever had right now but trust the process. It’s worse before it gets better. I hope this helps someone ❤️
