For high-achieving women, the pressure to keep it all together can leave you stuck in a relentless loop of worry, overthinking, and stress.

🌀 Here’s how it happens:

A single thought or situation triggers anxiety.

Your mind spirals into overthinking, making even small problems feel overwhelming.

Your body reacts—tight chest, racing heart, sleepless nights.

You start avoiding the things that make you anxious, thinking it will help... but it only feeds the anxiety.

Are you a high achieving woman that has her life on autopilot?

You go to work and do a very well managing your workload in front of co-workers and your supervisor, but inside you feel burnout, overwhelmed and you have a headache most days and your chest feels tights.

You're dealing with chronic stress. You get home and you check in with your kids about homework, you run them to sporting events and then when you get home your husband ask you what is for dinner and you yell about "how tired you are and you have no idea what you are cooking" He avoids asking anything else for the rest of the evening and you start overthinking your response and you feel guilty for yelling. You finally get everything done on your to do list and you collapse in bed but can't fall asleep you are overthinking the evening and your responses still.

This pattern repeats every day, and you are starting to think that this is what your life will be until you either retire or the kids are grown. You dream about the day you can reconnect with your spouse, shut your brain off to get a goodnight sleep and feel calm inside vs feeling burnout and overwhelmed.
