Sometimes I have these strict rituals and routines. My day is often packed heavy in the daytime for practices that are just for myself. (The spiritual, the physical, the emotional, the mental) like everyday.

Sometimes I take breaks and even in the break there is still medicine.

My current lifestyle is this mixture of mindful pleasure meets free flowing structure.

If that make sense..if it doesn’t..that’s just life.
