Its dark and cold now and all you want to do is reach for that warm cup of coffee, but drinking water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach has many health benefits!

Before you reach for that morning cup of coffee, fill up on at least 16oz of water, if not more!! My goal is to drink this 32oz cup before my coffee and then Iโ€™m almost half way to my water goal for the day!

Financial wellness is one of our focus points for the month of November! One of my favorite ways to save money and stay healthy is meal prepping! When I prep my meals for the week, I am less likely to spend money on fast food during the week!

One of my favorite meal preps is my breakfast.....egg muffins! I use either whole eggs or egg whites and add whatever veggies I have (usually spinach and tomatoes) with whatever meat I choose (usually turkey sausage or turkey bacon). I usually meal prep on Sundays!
