As a Yoga and Tai Chi for Balance Teacher, Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Wellness Brand Strategist, I offer a holistic approach to well-being rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern practices. My classes and workshops—offered both online and in-person—are int

entionally designed to support you in cultivating balance, awareness, and emotional release.

Whether you're seeking grounding movement, gentle healing, or mindful transformation, I guide you through practices that reconnect you to your body, calm the mind, and support long-term wellness. Each session is a safe and supportive space for letting go of what no longer serves you—physically, emotionally, and energetically. In front of the camera, I lead yoga, Tai Chi, and wellness workshops that empower participants to move with intention and live with clarity. Behind the scenes, I deepen my own practice through language learning, storytelling, and amplifying wellness brands through authentic social media strategy. My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and reclaiming my voice—and now, I'm here to support you in doing the same. Let’s connect and create space for you to shine, heal, and thrive.

Take a moment to search the history of the practice. There are many parts of yoga. You’ll see that flexibility is not a qualification for any of them.

✨The In-Between✨

There’s been SO much occurring since FR🇫🇷… each event unveiling itself slowly. Each lesson glowing to guide my journey.✨ It’s brought me to a place of…

💫Less travel and learning how to ground into place again.
💫New work as an Animal Care Specialist for another org this time.
💫 More moments with family, friends, rest, and FUN
💫Less stressing over things outside of my control
💫Learning to trust uncertainty and enjoy a state of flow
💫Full circling in life and landing back on my feet in a familiar space with a new outlook
💫Eating delish foods from ethnic spots that make me feel like I’m back in FR🇫🇷
💫Finding and allowing joy.😌

Now, I’m feeling ready to step out of the dark and into the social light 💡 once more. This includes sharing where I’ll be guiding yoga, workshops, and other wellness events. This also includes sharing more about my foreign language journey, and short stretch sessions posting (when possible).

Thanks to everyone who has stuck with me. Looking forward to seeing you in a yoga class or workshop soon. 😄👍 Until then, enjoy the random glimpses of life as it’s been. 📸

Instead of using a search engine, going to the library and checking out books, or visiting a local yoga studio or ashram, many folks still assume what the practice of yoga is and where it stems from.

And I get it, we don’t know what we don’t know but before telling someone to be careful or cautious when it comes to yoga, as if to warm them that it’s bad or dangerous or connected to a dark presence, please take a moment to do some research.

Yoga is not a religion or a strict system. It’s also not related to a cult, although there have been folks in the spotlight for doing some not so great things… but what space doesn’t have that happen? Overall, the practice of yoga is a beautiful way to connect with the self, exam one’s own thoughts, patterns, and wellness, and feel a deeper connection to Source.

Typically, when someone is suspicious of the practice (in my experience) it is because they heard about Kundalini yoga and how dangerous it can be— waking dormant energy from the base of their spin.

There are many forms of yoga, not just Kundalini. It’s also not just a form connected to s*x, which is also another misconception.

Whattttttt a weekend! 🙌🏾 In the world of yoga and good news 📰 I was able to totally FAN GIRL 👧 it up at .studio in Cinci, OH, for the Inversion workshop!!! 🤩

The workshop took the group through an invigorating flow that prepared everyone for technique drills and supported practice to get into handstands.

Bradshaw was such a cool soul human 😎 and amazing teacher. The studio space was clean, easy on the eyes, and had the cutest little water fountains to fill up water bottles. The classrooms were also spacious and clean.

Every bit of the experience was more than anyone could ask for. Looking forward to getting back to Embra for other workshops and classes.

Thanks so much to them 💖 to Bradshaw!!

What else happened? Well, I had to work after the workshop. So I took my stinky sweaty self to that 🤪. Then, had a Frenchie Sunday 🥖 with . Which was ironic because mentioned it to me that morning. (The universe is so mysterious and magical 🪄.)

Love it.

Last Saturday, I was blessed with the opportunity to spend some time at Grace & Gratitude Yoga in Brunswick, OH, for an inversion workshop.

My nerves get the best of me when going into inversions. So it was nice to learn about strengthening the muscles, doing various warmups, and discuss proper ways to support the body when flowing into things like headstands and shoulder stands.

Grace & Gratitude was such a welcoming and warm space. The yoga teacher, Linda, explained things in a way that was easy to understand and taught all of us participants how to not only assist one another but how to use props like blankets or the wall to support ourselves during practice. It was also nice to touch on the energetics and precautions of the inversions. ✨

If you haven’t been to a class or program here, I highly recommend it. Everyone is so kind and the studio owner is so inviting and the rooms where classes are held are beautiful 🤩. I really can’t say enough good about Grace & Gratitude. Make the time for self and take a class here asap!

Yoga consists of the actual methods for rising above our narrow identification with the mortal body and restless mind and identifying ourselves with the calm immortal soul. - Paramahansaji

Did you take time for play, fun, or rest this weekend? 🌿

Job searching is work, especially if you’re caregiving, juggling gig shifts, walking pets, cleaning, feeding others, or not feeling your best right now.

The hustle is real, but so is the need for rest.

Take a slow walk through the park. Bad weather? Lo-fi + a warm drink. Not into tea? Call a friend or watch that movie you’ve been wanting to see.

Looking for work can be exhausting — even in the wellness world. Make sure to make space for yourself.

Struggling to disconnect from the search? Remember, your future yoga studio, bike shop team, or ethical wellness workplace… would want you regulated, rested, and whole. You’re deserving.✨

SURPRISE 🥳 You DON'T have to be a yoga teacher to belong in the wellness world. 🌿

Wellness needs organizers, gardeners, writers, photographers, farmers market lovers, animal caretakers, ethical storytellers, community builders, conscious chefs, and space holders in all forms.🫶

If you feel called to this field but think, “I’m not certified enough” or “I don’t fit the mold” — pause there.

Aligned work starts with values, not titles.✨

A few ways to enter the space:
• Volunteer at local markets, farms, or animal sanctuaries
• Support ethical wellness brands behind the scenes (marketing, ops, events)
• Host small gatherings — book clubs, walks, community meals
• Take one foundational course that genuinely excites you
• Start sharing what you’re learning — your voice matters

You don’t need to lead a class to lead change.
There is room for your gifts here.

If you’re unsure how your skills translate into wellness, let’s map it out together. 💛

Take a breath. You deserve it.✨

If you’ve been feeling the nudge… this is it. 🌿

Maybe you see yourself working in organic culinary, creating nourishing meals that heal from the inside out.
Maybe you’re drawn to agriculture and farmers markets, connecting people to real food and the hands that grow it.
Maybe your heart is in caring for animals, honoring the non-harming principle and protecting Earth’s creatures with compassion.

Or maybe you feel called to become a wellness entrepreneur, teaching outside the studio, building community workshops, becoming a brand ambassador for ethical companies, or creating a purpose driven business that reflects your values.

There are so many aligned paths in the wellness world… but clarity doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through conversation, reflection, and intentional action.

If you’re unsure how to navigate your next step, or you know you’re meant for more but don’t know where to begin, let’s talk.

Schedule 30 minutes with me and we’ll map out where you are, where you want to be, and your first aligned move through my Accountability Coaching services.

Your work should feel like service. Your service should feel like purpose. 💛
