Curious about cupping marks? 🤔

Cupping therapy is an amazing way to help release tension, stretch underlying tissues, boost circulation, and support lymphatic flow... but what’s the deal with those marks?

🔹Static cupping (cups stay in one place) often leaves circular marks that fade in a few days. They’re not bruises, but rather a sign of increased blood flow to the area. The darker the mark usually indicates more congestion.

🔹Dynamic cupping (cups glide over the skin) usually leaves little to no marks because the cups are mobile, but still delivers powerful results.

Both methods are safe, effective, customizable to your needs and a perfect compliment to your next session!
