Federal funding that supports the work of Community Health Centers (CHCs) like Care Alliance is set to end January 30.

Care Alliance provides primary care, dental, and behavioral health services to over 10,000 patients each year, many of whom have nowhere else to turn.

We’re proud to serve our community, but we can’t do it alone.
