Is it just me or does this hummingbird look genuinely happy? 🪶🍭🥹 look at that little face! I just love them!

Did you know hummingbirds will visit the same feeders, year after year?

They have memories that allow them to recall every feeder and flower they’ve ever encountered. They can visit up to 1,000 flowers EACH DAY !! 🌸🌺🌷🌼

They are the smallest birds on the planet yet can travel 500 miles nonstop.

And I just learned that they literally use spider webs to build their nests!!🕸️🕷️

For so many reasons, Hummingbirds are one of my animal totems in the warmer months.

I learn so much about myself when I watch them. So grateful they chose to accept my nectar offering! 🙏

Imagine feeling this kind of opening in your own body.

Not because you learned a new fancy technique,

but because you’ve felt what it feels like to actually, energetically, be inside of your body to experience life,

instead of outside of you

but present right here and right now for the realness of your physical experience.

I’ve always thought that “heaven” was a place we can go within ourselves,

rather than somewhere outside of ourselves.

I think that heaven is living in and constantly moving back to the present moment as often as we possibly can

& connecting with others from that place within.
