Presenting ... Ms. Pauline Carr, celebrated throughout February as Broadview's Resident of the Month!
Pauline was born on November 10th, 1936, and resided in East Cleveland for 50 years. She graduated from high school in 1956 and continued her education at Tri C- Metro Campus, the Barber Academy in Downtown Cleveland for Cosmetology, and Cleveland State for Communication. She is also a proud veteran, serving 4 years in the Air Force, providing care to those injured in combat. Pauline has two children, Ramona and Calvin, and two grandchildren, Javon and Tracy.
Learning new skill sets and sharing this knowledge with others, is Pauline's claim to fame. Over the years she has taught woodshop, lifeguarding, racquetball, and fencing courses at Tri C. These days, she especially enjoys arts and crafts, Broadview bus outings, and Tai Chi. While at Broadview, Pauline has acquired many friendships and is always present at social events. Her presence and involvement at Broadview continue to be deeply revered and appreciated!
