Diffusers: The only ones in my home working overtime ⏰

Spending more time at home right now might mean spending more time blasting those olfactory nerves with calming constituents
or killing off live cells of airborne bacteria & germs with the smell-good mist

I hope your diffuser is doing some heavy lifting for you these days, and with that, it’s about time to give that little guy a good cleaning 🧽!

Here’s how:
•Add 3 tablespoons of white vinegar to a 30ml spray bottle (up-cycle an empty OnGuard Sanitizer mist bottle!!)
•Add 5-10 drops dōTERRA lemon essential oil
•Top with water and shake it up!
•Unplug your diffuser base from the cord and make sure the reservoir is empty
•Spray the cleaner solution on the inside of the reservoir and let sit for 10 minutes
•Use a cloth to gently wipe it clean
•Use q-tips to get in the crevices, being sure not to press too hard on the center censor
•I’m cleaning my diffusers about twice per month!

I am working on my new FOMO. I’ve never experienced FOMO before.
But this new world is causing me to fear missing out on being seen here, as if being seen here is the only way to experience love, respect, connection, anymore.
I get whats happening: some of my choices have been made for me, like limiting social contact, so I’m trying to make up for it by saying “yes” to things I wouldn’t normally agree to, to fill the void.

But saying “yes” to every class, every Live opportunity, every late night, every time a message comes through at 11pm...is a lie.
So I’m sorry if I lied to you recently.
I’m learning too.
