Who said you had to skip taco night now that you’re a new mom? Because taco night is about to get a delicious and functional upgrade! 🌮

This EASY taco bowl is packed with nutrients to support you postpartum — Full of healthy fats and one of my favorite postpartum proteins - grass-fed beef. Here’s the recipe:

1 lb grass-fed ground beef
taco seasoning
Pico de gallo
Avocado
bone broth rice and red rice sauce
Mexican Cheese (Full fat)
Fresh Cilantro

Directions:
Sauté beef with taco seasoning
Prep rice and mix with the sauce
Slice avocado and chop cilantro
Assemble your bowl
That’s it! Enjoy!

When it comes to fertility + food, try to focus on what you should be eating versus what you shouldn’t eat. What can we add to our plates to better nourish our bodies, feel good, and support fertility instead of what we should be restricting, avoiding, or eliminating.

An anti-inflammatory pattern of eating has been shown to reduce risk of infertility and omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory powerhouses. As part of the optimal fertility diet, I recommend consuming high quality omega-3 food sources, like fatty fish, 2-3x/week and take a high quality omega-3 supplement - I like the brand.
