Welcome, this meet-up will start at 10am at the Rocky River nature center for the hike on the Mt. Pleasant Loop, Trail. This is a Mindfulness Hike with Reiki Sound Bath Healing so Grab your Yoga mats, Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa and enjoy this Mindfulness Outdoor Adventure. Reiki Sound Bath will start at the end of our Mindfulness Hike. 😆🥰
