“You can’t get upset about the results you aren’t getting from the work you’re not putting in”-Selena Samuela
I heard this quote during my workout this morning. And I had to stop and write it down. Think about what it says, are you putting in the work with your nutrition, sleep, non-exercise activity, and workouts?
How consistent are you in the above things? Remember you don’t have to be perfect. Consistency over time is what is going to give you results.
The next time you get upset with the results you aren’t getting ask yourself are you putting in the work?
