It’s been one year since we broke ground on the new Hospice Care & Community Center — a place where comfort and connection come together.
💙
This center is designed to blend compassionate end-of-life care with gathering spaces that welcome the broader community for education, grief support and celebration of life programs. What began as a vision is now becoming a place where dignity, healing, and hope will live and thrive.
💙
Thank you to our donors, volunteers, staff and community partners who’ve helped move this project forward. Your support is making this dream a reality for families in Northeast Ohio.
