This I wanna uplift some of my clients who did the damn thang in 2021

The decision to better yourself is always heavy

Whether your aim is to gain muscle, build healthier habits , or rehab an injury there will be obstacles in your path
But staying consistent is key and will drive you to actual results

All of these clients I have guided through the bu****it towards the truth
-Lift weights with the goal of getting stronger and more proficient in movement
-Base meals around protein
-manage stress levels, sleep and hydration to improve bodily functions
-longterm mentality when planning

Those are the foundation upon which lives have changed for the better!
No detox, no waist trainer, no fad diet, no quick results

This is how WE make lifestyle changes and continually improve

2022= another year to work on yourself!

I’m sitting here I. My car typing this up just to remind you TO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYONE BUT YOURSELF!

It’s great to have body goals and want to improve what you got but love yourz first

I’m telling you from experience that this lifestyle takes time and there will be more setbacks than you plan for

But if you think of the long term and do the right things the. You’ll get a bigger reward you thought possible

Invest in yourself- cop a trainer or a workout program that makes sense! Learn your body and put the best into it. Try not to cut corners

Stay away from ‘fast fitness’
Stop looking for cheap deals

I promise you if you do these things you’ll thank yourself 7 years from now!

The grind is infinite but it’s also humbling

It requires you to keep getting better and to push the standards higher and higher
