Positional breathing – corrective movement – alignment: Strive therapy systems classes are rooted inthree foundations 1.breathing 2. Corrective movement and 3.Ribcage/ Pelvis alignment. Getting good at these basics will lead adaptability and better pattern name within your body . This will lead to less stress and compensations throughout the body creating a body that feels smooth as it moves throughout the day yet powerful for what life brings your way. Breathing, Position and Corrective movements make for a great combination of achieving smooth movemments. In the video
✅4 point belly lifts drives air into posterior back ( decompresses naturally)
✅use of the ball with sits back opens up pelvic floor and sets up femur in socket
✅we can then extend from our hips not back
✅we can bridge and push from glutes not back!!

check in with your physical therapist and skilled specialized classes has seemed to be the formula for longevity here at strive therapy systems. While providing an assessment for all individuals that come through our doors and making sure that they are performing movement based exercises with a combination of positional breathing, appropriate positioning and corrective moves -leaves them feeling strong not fear of causing injury.
