Great turnout, great program, just every aspect of our event at the Cleveland Public Library's Carnegie-West branch was great! I really appreciate the Library's Family & Community Engagement team for putting on such a top-notch activity. Also grateful to Cleveland Kids' Book Bank Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative and The Literacy Cooperative for being there to share resources with the dads. ❤️

I traveled to Houston last weekend for the National Literacy Institute's MEGA conference and it did not disappoint! I have been following this organization on social media and took a leap of faith although I didnt know a single attendee or speaker.
It was so worth the trip. I met so many dedicated educators who are all going the extra mile to help children love .

Six months ago, my new coloring and activity book was just an idea I couldn't afford to execute, but then I received the which enabled me to hire my original illustrator Lincoln Adams for the project. That was the encouragement I needed! I then landed two sponsorships, self-published the book and now it's finding its way into the hands of dads, at amazing events like this Fathers Empowerment Breakfast at A.J. Rickoff School. I'm grateful to Burton D Morgan Foundation and Corporate College East for supporting my dream with seed money.

This daycare is owned by one of my favorite people! So I had to donate some grant-sponsored books to my longtime Plain Dealer co-worker Gayle Cummings, who now owns Ms. Pooh’s Play School LLC. Her students' dads got treated to books and breakfast on the day of the , and they absolutely loved it.
