A heartfelt thank you to all the participants of ‘Healing with Harmony’ this weekend. We are also grateful to Karen at Misty Acres for hosting our event. The horses were amazing and generously added their healing energy and guidance to the sessions.

Two hours.
Two hours is the time I give to myself every day. No phone, no computer, no music, no audio books, no technology, no distractions, just me. I walk outside for those two hours listening to the birds, the wind and to my own thoughts. I think about how lucky I am that my body is strong enough to walk (there have been days in the past when walking wasn’t possible). I go through all the things in my life I am grateful for, even the clean water I have to drink and food I have available to eat. I think about experiences that have brought me joy and those that are causing me distress. If something is causing me distress, I ask myself ‘Why is this bothering me?'. Since it's just me, I can be completely honest in my answers without worrying if anyone will judge me, and I try my best not to judge myself. Most, if not all of the time, the answer is to releasing the stress is releasing my attachment to the outcome of the situation. Some things are easier to let go of then others. But it’s the progress I am striving for each day. Two hours to be alone, walking outside and I love it. I encourage everyone to find ‘their thing’. Try to disconnect from the world of electronic distractions and see what conversations come forward.

Your personal sessions just received an upgrade!
All in person sessions will now include the healing benefits of a BioMat. The BioMat is an FDA approved mat that uses Far Infrared Light and Negative Ion technology with the healing power of Amethyst to enhance relaxation and improved energy flow. It is approved for treatment of pain, stiffness, symptoms of arthritis, and muscle pain. I describe it as putting your body on a ‘charging station’. You feel incredibly relaxed, yet energized when the treatment is complete.

There are two ways to experience the BioMat
- Schedule a personal session for Biofield Tuning, Eden Energy Medicine, or Reiki (the BioMat will be on the massage table while you receive your energy session)
