The Mysore style is an assisted self practice that is perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners who want to take their strength and practice to the next level.
In these classes all of our students are working on the same sequence of postures but their practice is tailored to where they're each at. You will work through your own practice guided and supported by an experienced teacher and .jackson.yoga as an assistant
