I stopped using Mary Jane and have some black garlic butter I need to get rid of. So with that being said, this week only, I am selling canna infused black garlic dinner. From pasta to chicken wings, I've got options and am taking custom orders WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! After next week if the cannabutter ain't gone it's going in the trash. First come, first served, literally! All meals are $25.

This weekend I had the opportunity to make my first vegan pound cake!

Now this was not my first vegan baked good rodeo but it has been awhile. Since the last time the vegan options have definitely grown! I've actually discovered two vegan brands that I prefer to use on the future.

I also had the opportunity to make a fruit arrangement which it has also been awhile since I'd made one of those!

And I just have to say, I had so much fun! The cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it! Honestly if I hadn't made this cake myself, with my own two hands, I wouldn't have believed it was vegan. Would have absolutely called 🧒 on the chef. But I'm the chef and I know it was vegan lol.

That's not to say the vegan food can't be and isn't delicious, that's me saying it tastes exactly like, or even better than my regular pound cake recipe!

This experience helped me remember what makes cooking enjoyable to me which is all of the different skills and techniques you can use!

There are so many different ways to cook and even more ingredients to use. I think that's why the idea of creating meal plans focusing on variety excites me so much. Endless possibilities to create something delicious and nutritious!
