Elderberry Benefits 🍇✨

One thing I try to keep in our home year-round is elderberry especially in syrup form. It’s such a simple, natural way to support your family’s health.

Here’s why we love it:

Planning for a slow day

The garden finally got planted, and now it’s soaking up every drop of this rain… and honestly, so am I. There’s just something about a good thunderstorm.

I’ve slowly stopped running to the store for medicine for every little thing.

Not saying I’ll never use it… but I started learning how to make simple remedies at home instead elderberry, teas, things like that.

Honestly it started small and just kept growing.

I’m actually taking a class now to become an herbalist, just so I can learn more and do things the right way.

But I do want to say this I’m really thankful for a doctor who listens to me and supports what I’m doing. That matters more than anything.

I don’t think it has to be all or nothing.

There’s a time for natural remedies
and there’s a time you need a doctor.

I’m just trying to find a good balance for my family and learn as I go

We are truly enjoying this week at the beach with our family making sweet memories, soaking up the sunshine, and just having the best time together. We thank the Lord for blessing us with this time away. It’s such a gift. A big thank you as well to those back home who are helping care for our animals while we’re away! We’re having such a wonderful time, but we’ll be back soon. The farm stand will reopen on Monday, April 27th. We can’t wait to see y’all then!
