Why do I love avocado? 
I started with guacamole, then I moved into just plain avocado. It’s so creamy and rich and adds such a great texture to smoothies.

I do eat a plain out of the shell

They are hard to get just right you have to go through some trial and error finding the right consistency.

They’re full of good, “healthy fat” needed for hormone synthesis, good vitamins, and minerals.
