Peace, Love, & Little Yogis

Peace, Love, & Little Yogis Children's Yoga services for schools, daycare centers, birthday parties, community events, and private instruction. We provide all equipment and yoga mats.

Peace, Love, & Little Yogis is a traveling children's yoga studio for kids ages 2 to 12. Since we are a traveling studio, we come to you. You only need to provide the place. We're available for:

• Daycare Classes
• School Events
• Community Activities
• Birthday Parties
• Private Instruction

Each class is specially designed to engage the natural energy of the child and provide lessons in positive body image and good social skills. We achieve this through:

• Cooperative Games
• Themed Activities
• Music & Dancing
• Yoga Poses
• Breathing Exercises
• Relaxation Techniques
