Welcome to Mindful Dose, a platform encouraging practitioners of all levels to embrace all moments of mindfulness, no matter what the size of the dose. **5 Minute Meditation**

Hey, (mom) friends! This is a short and sweet meditation for my mommas (or really any parent). I recently felt guilty for choosing to have a week off from parenting full time and spend my birthday without my son! Truthfully, I needed a week off, a WHILE ago. Thankfully, my support system came together and gave me the time off without adding to my self-induced guilt. Eventually, with a full nights rest, I came to the conclusion that our checkpoints are going to vary. When we need to catch our breath and remember our names... It’s very rare and sometimes you just don’t know what to do with your free time.I know that feeling.

So this short, 5 minute meditation, is a brief moment to help you ground that uncertainty and find a moment of peace.

🗞️ Tarotscope Week of 3/1/26

It feels strange in some ways to show up and deliver a personal message of insight and intuitive guidance. In other ways, it feels like a purpose I am fulfilling in this large world while all facets of life are undergoing deep transformation. “A little peace of mind”, is the mantra my late fiancee came up with when I was developing the Mindful Dose business plan. A little peace of mind, is a concept that resonates with one of my earliest insightful moments during my yoga teacher training. In reading The Bhagavad Gita, the line that has stuck with me and is the source of inspiration of the term Mindful Dose is, “On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure. Even a little effort towards spiritual awareness will protect you from the greatest fear.”

**6 Minute Meditation**
Hey, friends!
This meditation is a follow up to the discussion I had with certified nutritionist, Jahaira Perez. This is a short gratitude meditation to influence a rest and digest state so that your body can properly absorb the energy of your meal.

I hope it brings you a little peace of mind!
