Dee Tackett’s Facemaskit
Our face masks are made from the Deaconess Hospital pattern for cloth face masks that are suitable for use by ordinary citizens. They are made from three plies of 100% cotton fabric. We make them reversible, and they are washable. If requested, we add a layer of heavy cotton flannel in the middle for extra thickness, and we make any size from Extra Small to Extra Large. Since the first days of social distancing we have made and donated over 250 face masks to local healthcare facilities, hospice services, family members, friends, a volunteer fire department, and most recently the local Board of Health to be given out free in our community. We now see a need for everybody to have attractive, comfortable masks for grocery shopping and other essential activities. We offer handmade, durable face masks for an affordable price. It’s our way of helping our community and friends get through these difficult times as we all wait for better days ahead. Thanks for reading my story and Stay Safe!!!
