✈️🇬🇷 This month, Morning Pointe in Motion has us (virtually) exploring all things Greece! Residents learned about ancient Greek pottery and even tried their own spin on it. 🎨 From shaping the clay to adding personal touches, the creativity (and the smiles!) made it such a meaningful experience. 💛

Mrs. Faye crafted her own interpretation of a bowl, laughing that it “wouldn’t hold much but would be pretty when painted.” 🌟 Meanwhile, Mrs. Carolyn experimented with a unique ancient style technique and gave it her own special twist.

These hands-on activities not only spark creativity but also bring joy and connection as we “travel” the world together. 🌍✨

🍊🏈 It’s Football Time in Tennessee! Our residents kicked off the season with a spirited tailgate party—complete with Rocky Top sing-alongs, Vols cheers, and plenty of orange-and-white treats (including Vols Creamsicles!). 🎶🍦🙌

The highlight of the day was our football toss game, where Shannon stole the show with a quarterback-worthy arm—scoring 12 points! 💪 Carolyn came in second with her sharp aim and focus, while Ralph shared a few great tips from his own football experience. 👏

Residents also shared memories of visiting Neyland Stadium—while all agreeing we didn’t miss the after-game traffic! 🚗😂 We’ll be celebrating with tailgates every Saturday this season—good snacks, fun games, lots of laughs, and plenty of Vols spirit.

Here’s to football, fellowship, and a season full of Big Orange pride—Go Vols! 🍊🎉

You never know where the Morning Pointe Foundation’s Seniors Got Talent stage might lead… just ask Sandy Larson, a past contestant who’s now been featured on America’s Got Talent! 🕺💃

🇺🇸✨ This Labor Day, our residents spent time creating thoughtful stuffed tumblers for their favorite associates, along with certificates to highlight special accolades for each. 💛 We can’t wait to pass them out next Monday as part of our National Assisted Living Week® celebrations! 🌟

As we worked on the tumblers, residents reminisced about the many jobs they once held, sharing stories and learning from one another. Faye even stepped up as “supervisor” after putting together two cups—helping Melody and Sandra along the way! 🙌

It was such a meaningful afternoon of teamwork, gratitude, and preparation for a very special week ahead. 💕
