🌿 Try the 4-7-8 Breathing Technique for Calm 🌿

Feeling stressed? The 4-7-8 breathing exercise is a simple way to relax your mind and body.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4.
3. Hold your breath for a count of 7.
4. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of 8.
Repeat this cycle 3–4 times.

Do this when you are angry😑 and need to calm down, your laughing🀣 to hard and you need to be quiet, your crying 😭and need to pull yourself together quickly, your anxious😰 and you need to ground yourself.

Practice daily to help reduce stress and improve your overall well-being! πŸ’š
