Senior boxes may look different this month because we cannot get banana boxes anymore, so we used a variety of boxes. Same amount of food, just not a huge box.

Will be delivered to Butler Wednesday morning from 10am to 12pm. If we did your taxes, we can also bring them to you if you call us before we leave. If you need taxes prepared, when can pick your paperwork up.

Arapaho boxes delivered 12:30 pm to 1pm.

Custer City senior boxes will be delivered at 1:30 pm to 3pm. If you need taxes prepared or delivered let is know in the morning so we can gather your paperwork.

Clinton boxes will be delivered Thursday throughout the day.

TEMPORARLY OUT OF HEATER'S, COATS AND BLANKETS
For now, we are out of a few winter items but We always have food and hygiene. Donations come in daily, so don't hesitate to ask us for anything. You can message us here and we will try to respond as soon as we see it.

All items are FREE. We are not a thrift store selling your donations. We give everything donated to us for FREE to those in need.

The Internal Revenue Service announced Monday, January 26, 2026, as the opening of the nation’s 2026 filing season. This year, several new tax law provisions of the One, Big, Beautiful Bill become effective, which could impact federal taxes, credits and deductions.

Taxpayers have until Wednesday, April 15, 2026, to file their 2025 tax returns and pay any tax due.

MARKETPLACE INSURANCE NEED TO KNOW INFO
for those who have this insurance you should have received a letter by now with price increase. We are still waiting to see what Congress does. You need to review your plans now. OEP ends Jan 15 2026. Check your plan cost with tax credit and without credit. Also, check Doctor and hospital in your area. Most out in rural area's are not accepting.

Medicare Advantage enrollment is open now for those who might want to change.

Online applications for LIHEAP are now open.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps income-eligible Oklahoma households with winter heating utility bills. This federally funded program is offered seasonally and provides critical support to families during colder months.

Some households may already be pre-authorized and do not need to apply. Those who are not pre-authorized are encouraged to apply online for faster service.

When Medicare beneficiaries fall prey to consumer scams aimed at obtaining Medicare and/or health ID numbers, their Medicare and/or health ID number is considered to be “compromised” as a result of medical identity theft. The good news is that you can stay vigilant to prevent, detect, and report medical identity theft.
The SMP program was established to empower and assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report suspected health care fraud, errors, and abuse through outreach, counseling, and education.

Affordable Care Act is not so affordable in 2026.

When this program was passed, and begun in 2012, it was only designed to last until 2026 for tax breaks and low cost plans.
This is the year that the ACA was originally designed to let premiums end and rates rise. It is here. Be aware your policy will have major increases.

If you haven't checked....you have a few more days. Don't find yourself without insurance do to high cost.
