New Home Healthcare Agency is immediately seeking outgoing, reliable and professional individual with excellent people and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Strong communication skills (verbal, reading)
• Excellent phone skills, persistence, and great follow up skills
• Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to follow through tasks to completion
• Ability to work with simple direction, execute, and be very well organized
• Competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various other Internet platforms
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Home Health/Marketing experience a plus
• Must exhibit strong organizational skills when dealing with personnel
• Strong multi-tasking skills a must
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones/taking messages
• Scheduling appointments/interviews
• Follow up on Home Health Leads
• Entering information into Home Health Software
• Enter info for new hires, process background/reference checks
• Ensuring all client assignments are staffed with appropriate personnel
• Lead generation and database management
• Keep website and blogs up-to-date
• Compose letters, memos and related paperwork
• Customer service (treat every lead and client as if they are very important guests in your own home. Meticulous follow up by email, mail, phone)
• Errands as needed
• Update home health policies/procedures as needed
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm, 15 hours per week to start
