You don't have to wait until you're feeling your worst to receive Reiki👋🏼 After chatting with a few clients this morning, a common theme that keeps coming up is that it's hard to prioritize self care when we feel like we are still "getting through".
Even if that getting through is barelyyy getting through the day. We wait until we are feeling our worst or when we're are already at rock bottom before we start making an effort to pour back into ourselves.
Please let this be your reminder that when you prioritize your self care, your healing, and your needs BEFORE you feel like you "need" too, you stop feeling so up and down all the time.
It's all about balance and I mean that literally! When your energy is balanced, you avoid burnout, chronic stress, emotional waves, and feeling drained 24/7.
