Where you are currently physically and mentally in life is more than likely, based on statistics, due to the little things you either do or don't do on a daily basis.
It's the things that you probably don't even truly know the impact of.
It's the 5 minute exercise that you either do or don't do.
It's the little things you fill or don’t fill your attention and mind with daily.
It's the people you surround yourself with.
It's the decision to either read something of value or turn on Netflix at night.
It's the stretching that takes 3 minutes or the next 30 minutes of mindless scrolling you do instead.
It's the decision to do that “new” thing that challenges you and makes you a little uncomfortable in the process or not being willing to do it.
It's the decision to take a walk in the evening or eat more crap instead.
When these little things are compounded over time you get a result that is a huge deal. It's almost never the big thing that happens or is done once. It's the little things. That's the momentum builder or killer in life that will dictate your future situation. Once you understand this you begin to realize that each moment holds the ability to either invest or deduct from your future self.
So when we tell you to do the 3 minutes of rehab exercises at home and how much they can help you we aren't just trying to bore you or suck up more time.
They matter.
They matter a lot when stacked over days, weeks and months. You WILL be a different person when you make that choice to do them...or not. You are the only get to make that choice.
