An easy-to-accomplish health+wellness life hack for summertime/anytime:

Slice up fresh lemon and freeze; Once frozen, add to water--that's it!! 😍🌿
You now have an incredibly low-maintenance way to both cool down your water and give your health/day a boost! 💛💛💛

Lemon water helps improve hydration, gives a vitamin c boost, is great for skin, incredible for digestion and detoxification, aides in weight loss, and even helps prevent kidney stones!
This is especially great for those who can't stand water by itself. 👍

Not recommended for those easily prone to heartburn; if drinking daily, may want to drink through a straw or use mouthwash after to prevent tooth erosion ❤️🙏

One of my favorite things about being an herbalist/apothecarist/healer is getting to craft things for my little one 🥹❤️❤️❤️🙏✨

I make her different types of healing bath soaks, bath bombs, baby powder, all in one balm, body oil, lotion, teething oils, delicious healing gummies(in addition to making other healthy, delicious foods together and from scratch), teething tea, give her massages, and just made an organic tea blend for organic herbal popsicles!! A delicious, highly nourishing blend with the additional benefits of helping with teething pains! Will most likely puree some organic fruit as well for them. 😁

Currently writing new and improved formulas for shampoo bars, beard bars, body+face bars(yes, gentle enough for face, strong enough for body!), and facial cleansing bars, so these items(discluding beard bars) will be temporarily unavailable until these products are complete and tested for quality!!
I apologize for any inconvenience-- I am incredibly devoted to giving the best healing/self care/etc products possible, so this is a necessary change!
I am always looking to grow and improve where I can, and humbly take pride in that. 🙏
