Hey there! We hope everyone is having a great summer! As many of you know the Cochranton Little Gridders launched a brand new program this summer starting from the bottom up!
—built by local parents, coaches, and community members who care deeply about giving kids in this town something they can be proud of. With the awesome community support, they have already been able to purchase brand new helmets for the kids along with other equipment. We are sharing their fundraiser link not only to show our support for other youth programs in our community, but because these bags are awesome! Hahaha Cochranton community proud! 🏈🤼♥️

The season has come to an end for Cochranton Youth Wrestling now that the State Tournaments have been wrapped up! With that, we have a few end of season items to officially close out the season.

A reminder that our end of season party is this Saturday 3/29 from 5:00-7:30 at the MARC swimming pool! All the wrestlers are invited with their immediate family to have a fun night of swimming, food, and some parting gifts! For food ordering and lifeguard purposes, I have included a form and ask that you lets us know if you will be able to attend and how many will be attending with you.

In addition to the party, we ask that you please bring your cochranton singlet with you to be turned in. We will be billing and/or withholding next seasons registration until your singlets are returned or paid for. If you are unable to attend the party, please make other arrangements for your singlet to be returned.

The coaches and officers would like to thank everyone that helped make this season a huge success… the crazy practice schedules in late December and early January due to weather, our annual tournament and all hands on deck, traveling to tournaments each weekend, and supporting not only your child but the other children on the team are just some of the things that help make our team an amazing one! Thank you for your continued support of the kids and the program!

Lastly, one last congratulations to all of our state place winners and qualifiers! Whether a medal was won or not, what an amazing accomplishment to have competed at the state level against the best of the best!! Great work!!

We hope to see everyone this Saturday night and best of luck on your next activities!! Stay active and be ready, next winter will be here before we know it!
