Some people become paramedics for excitement.
Others become paramedics to truly make a difference.

At Cody Regional Health EMS, our crews serve the communities of the Big Horn Basin through long transports, difficult weather, mountain rescues, critical decision-making, and the kind of medicine that requires trust, grit, and teamwork.

This is frontier medicine.

We’re looking for highly motivated paramedics who want more than just a job. We’re looking for people who want purpose, autonomy, and a team they can count on.

🚑 Full-time Cody Paramedic positions are eligible for an additional $10,000 Supplemental Compensation Package
🚑 Relocation assistance available
🚑 Hospital-based EMS
🚑 Strong team culture and mentorship opportunities

If you’re ready to grow, serve, and become part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

There’s something special about watching kids light up while learning how to help others. 💙

Recently, our Cody Regional Health EMS team had the opportunity to spend time with students at the Matisse School Health Fair, teaching hands-only CPR, Stop the Bleed, how to check heart rates, and sharing some of the life-saving tools and technology our crews use every day.

In rural communities like ours, those skills matter.

At Cody Regional Health, we believe healthcare goes beyond the walls of the hospital. It’s about showing up for our schools, building connections, and helping the next generation feel confident, prepared, and inspired.

We’re incredibly proud of our EMS team for taking the time to invest in our community and make learning fun for these kiddos.

Who knows… maybe we met a few future healthcare heroes along the way. 🚑✨

Today we slowed down, just for a moment, to recognize the people who never slow down for our community.

Our nurses.

The ones who show up early, stay late, and give everything they have to the people who need them most.

It’s not just the care they provide…
It’s the way they make people feel.

Seen. Safe. Supported.

From shared meals to quiet moments of recognition, today reminded us just how strong this team truly is.

To our nurses at Cody Regional Health...thank you for leading with compassion, professionalism, and heart.

We see you. We appreciate you. We’re grateful for you. 💙

At Cody Regional Health, caring for our community goes beyond our walls.

This Earth Day, our team came together to clean up our campuses—and the impact speaks for itself. 🌎

It’s a simple reminder that when we all do a little, it adds up to something meaningful.

Here’s to taking care of our patients, our community, and the place we’re proud to call home.

This National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating the incredible individuals who give their time, their energy, and their hearts to Cody Regional Health. 💙

Our volunteers don’t just help—they uplift. They comfort patients, support families, and bring a level of warmth that truly makes a difference across our campuses.

And if you know us, you know this—we love taking care of those who take care of others. That’s why we’re excited to begin hosting quarterly Volunteer Lunch & Learns, where we can come together, share stories, highlight the amazing work happening across CRH, and yes… spoil them a little along the way.

To every volunteer: you are seen, you are valued, and you are such an important part of who we are.

Thank you for everything you do. If you're interested in volunteering at CRH please visit: https://www.codyregionalhealth.org/careers/volunteer/
