Strong muscles play an important role in protecting the knees.
The muscles surrounding the knee, especially the quadriceps in the front of the thigh and the hamstrings in the back, help stabilize and support the joint. These muscle groups work together to control movement and reduce stress on the knee’s ligaments and cartilage.
When these muscles are strong and balanced, they can improve joint stability, support proper movement, and help reduce the risk of injury.
