On Wednesday, 12 August, I underwent shoulder surgery at your facility. I want to recognize ALL that were involved. I could list some names but I would feel badly if I left anyone out. They know who I’m referring to; I hope they follow this page. I served 22 years in the Army as a Airborne Ranger. I served and fought among heroes. So know I hero when I see one and EVERYONE yesterday fit that description. I have never felt more safe, more cared for or more respected than yesterday. And I thank you!
Had to spend a couple days on 3rd floor and I want to say the nurses and Tech people were top notch. The nurses put in long hours and Make you feel safe by using careful procedures during this difficult time ... thank you all for your dedication and professionalism..
Selling CHC already? Must need more money to put up high end housing and shopping in the old colony area in Toledo.
I plan to send a letter, but I just wanted to come online and express my thanks to Coldwater Hospital. On Thursday, my son woke up with a terrible stomach ache, calling it the worst pain he ever felt. I took him to the E.R and he was admitted and was found to have Appendicitis, and needed it removed. The hospital staff was wonderful from the moment we got there. The E.R. nurses, Sara and Linda were FANTASTIC in calming him down to receive the IV (he's terrified of needles). He had to stay over night and I stayed with him. The overnight staff was excellent in their treatment of my son. It never seemed like just a job to those looking after my son, but they showed care and concern for him. Thank you very much, Coldwater Hospital Staff.
this hospital is a joke, they misdiagnose, ignore patients, refuse to follow up with a pcp when they know their orders will be countermanded, show absolute disregard for patients, and flat out lie about their ability to treat an acute issue
Too bad you can’t get billing straight then rude people call and act like your failure to bill my insurance makes me a delinquent payer. Since April I have tried to resolve this, my insurance has tried to resolve but still I get dunning calls. Taking my business to Oaklawn at least they can bill my insurance. I give you a 0 on a scale of 1 to 5.
ABSOLUTELY the WORST to work with since they changed to PROMEDICA to get paperwork to another hospital for treatment with a specialist. Nobody wants to take responsibility to check to see what they can do for you the patient - just a he said she said attitude and not my problem. I DO NOT recommend going here at all cost.
I can't say enough about the OB staff in Coldwater! We delivered our baby last week and they were all just wonderful, every single one of them. 💕🤱
Absolutely HORRIBLE 'customer service' on the phone! I keep getting the run around (call this number, well then try this number). When I call those numbers I just keep getting transferred, or, in the case of calling the main number (to keep getting transferred to yet another person) after calling it several times Ann just started hanging up on me! All I want to do is pay a bill. Your website listed on one recent bill is no longer a valid domain name and the other website listed says the patient ID is not correct (and one of the people I talked to couldnt find that ID either). Voicemail after voicemail!!! No one answers their phone. I guess my measly $350 isnt needed.
I had a 3 day stay at our ProMedica Hospital recently. I was treated with respect, caring, kindness and a solution to my medical problem. I can not praise the ER staff from the receptionist to the triage RN who took me back to help me, the Lab staff X-ray techs, the ER nurses and the DR on duty; they all made me feel that finding out what my pain was and how to treat it as their most important task for that day. During my visit I was in extreme pain and everyone was willing to do whatever it took to make me feel better. There was not one staff member who came in my room whether it was R.N.s, Dr.s or support staff that when they left my room they always asked, "Is there anything I get you or is there anything you need?" To me I could not have asked for better care. Thank you RN Natalie for your care, you have shown me what a dedicated young woman you are and for all the care you gave me, I say Thank you and God Bless!!
Thank you for all you do for patients and families. Happy Thanksgiving, in particular, to those working on the holiday to serve others. 🦃
I was there April 29th (Sunday) and stayed until April 30th (Monday). Everyone has been so understanding and patience. And very friendly. Dr. Daoud is so great. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the staff and doctors. Thanks for everything y'all folks did for me.
