No fad diets!! No Pills!! No quick fixes!! No surgeries!! I'm doing it the old fashion way.......clean eating and exercising. UPDATE: Dec 2014- Fat was a much more worthy opponent than I expected. So the new goal is simply to not let fat win the war!!!
