Today, we talked about nutrition supplements for malnutrition and did a fun taste test!

The “best taste” award definitely did NOT go to Kate farms on this one😆😆

1. Ensure chocolate definitely was the favorite!

2. Followed by Glucerna (even though it only has 4g sugar, lending itself to those with diabetes, it still tasted the sweetest!)

3. Ensure clear (tastes just like juice, and has a little protein too!)

4. …and then there was Katefarms🫠

As an athlete, it’s so cool to see where athletic performance and nutrition intersect 🔥

- I eat my veggies… and ice cream too😉
- Sometimes don’t feel like lifting, but do it anyway
- I learned to love me, and found a man who surpassed it and won my heart
- I’m a BIG foodie, which means I love trying new foods, I got my Masters in Nutrition, and am currently doing nutrition research, am a PhD student in Nutrition, and Registered Dietician in the making!
- I founded FoodFlip, where I have helped over 50 people with meal planning and achieving their goals!!
