My smoothie is so thick, I gotta use a spoon. Use any bananas you have, especially if they are about to spoil, for smoothies. Throw in your favorite frozen fruit, and any or all of the following: honey, protein powder, collagen powder, super green powder, ground up flax or chia, fresh squeezed lime juice. Enjoy
