Holidays can be joyful but also stressful! Here are some mental health tips to help manage holiday stressors:

1. Set Boundaries: It’s okay to say "no" to gatherings or events that feel overwhelming. Set limits on your time, energy, and even your spending.
2. Practice Self-Compassion: The holidays often bring high expectations. Be kind to yourself; not everything has to be perfect.
3. Plan (But Don’t Overdo It): Organize what you can—like gifts, travel, or meals—to avoid last-minute stress. Remember, flexibility is key if things don't go as planned.
4. Take Breaks: Between events and obligations, carve out quiet time for yourself. Even a short walk or some deep breaths can refresh you.
5. Set Realistic Expectations: Traditions change, and that’s okay! Focus on what you truly enjoy and let go of pressure to recreate every holiday past.
