Operating as usual

Medication management is not the same as medication reminders. Medication management is service often provided by a Registered Nurse. They can administer, sort & manage medications. *Follow these five steps every time.

1)Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.

2)Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

3)Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.

4)Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.

5)Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

If you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, you should not participate in in-person Halloween festivities and should not give out candy to trick-or-treaters.

Having a small group, outdoor, open-air costume parade where people are distanced more than 6 feet apart is considered as moderate risk by CDC.

* A costume mask (such as for Halloween) is not a substitute for a cloth mask. A costume mask should not be used unless it is made of two or more layers of breathable fabric that covers the mouth and nose and doesn’t leave gaps around the face.

* Do not wear a costume mask over a protective cloth mask because it can be dangerous if the costume mask makes it hard to breathe. Instead, consider using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.
