News for this week at the studio:

We have two spots left today in our Kids Club from 3:30-5. Cost is $15. Today we will be building cardboard sculptures. Photos from last week - watercolor and ink worlds. Book your space online or reach out with questions.

Thursday 6:30pm Pilates cancelled this week but will resume in Sept.

Saturday we have Hatha Yoga at 9am. Come start your day with a bit of zen. 🧘

The studio will be closed on Monday this week but back open on Tuesday for Chair Yoga, Pilates toning, and our Sunny Summertime Watercolor class. Learn to paint a sunflower or lemons (you can use predawn if desired) in this beginner friendly watercolor class Tuesday night 8/19 at 6:30. Cost is $20. This one is for artists ages 12 and up. Hope everyone is off to a great start for the week! Here’s a few of the things we have going on at the studio this week:

“Aren’t We Charming” jewelry class at Colonial Beach Brewing 8/19 at 6:30

Mini Mermaids at 8/19 9am - ages 2-5. We still have a couple spaces left. Some summertime crafts, art, and sensory play.

Kid Club Wednesday 8/20 from 3:30-5. Each week is a different art medium. This week we will work with watercolors and ink. We have three spaces left for this week!

Check our calendar on our website for yoga and Pilates. We have Hatha, chair yoga, mat Pilates, and Pilates toning this week.

Thursday is bring a friend for free day! 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️8am Pilates, 9:30 Hatha Yoga, 6:30 May Pilates Space is limited. Book your spots online.

Friday 9:30 is Pilates toning - some standing exercises, strength, followed by mat.

Saturday 9am is Hatha YogaFlow. All levels welcome. Come start off your weekend with a bit of zen. 🧘‍♀️ 🌞

Learn basic techniques of transfer and carving (beginner friendly) and make your own stamp! We will use our finished creations to print a tea towel or cards (or both! Time permitting). Cost is $25.
