Be Real Fit HI! I am so glad you're here. I am a former firefighter/paramedic turned nurse, turned entrepreneur. I started my first business in January of 2019.

�wellness through movement & music� That is a Production Company in which I have managed, produced, and created all sorts of content across various social media platforms. In June of 2021 I became a Beachbody coach/distributor.

This came naturally to me, as I have always loved to be fit, and my innate desire to serve others makes me well suited for this role. My intent is to share my journey and document my progress. To meet other like minded people, and hopefully help put something positive into the world. I am always a message away and you will find various ways to contact me by the links in my bio.
