On Friday, I received my Master Teacher certification and attunement!!! I had my first 2 students completed a reiki 1 course!!!! Im so thankful and humbled for all who have supported my journey!!! I had to share this. It is so true and I hear it so often. "I'm so angry and I don't know why." Or "I'm so full of anger I can't control it." As hard as it is, anger is a necessary part of the journey. However, you must move through it, dig deep, find the root and heal. Then the anger begins to subside.
