Grand rising everyone!!!

As many of you know, I am an ex-addict and that's what got me in my journey of natural remedies. The scariest thing a recovered addict can hear is "don't worry, we'll give you something for the pain." So my options are to suffer in pain or take a pill that could very easily ruin my entire life. I know how easy it happens. I have seen it tons of times. Taking pills after surgery and before you know it, you're where you never thought you'd be.

Something a lot of people don't know, is that there many other natural options!!! Valerian root is one (Natural sedative)! Not to mention Arnica balms (Natural aspirin) Ensuring that someone educated helps you is also very important!!! There are many natural remedies that should not be mixed together!!! Such as Boneset. Great for broken bones but do NOT mix it with other natural sedatives. It can be dangerous.
