Hey beautiful souls,

I believe healing isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting real, getting messy, and growing into someone stronger than the storms you survived.

At Twisted in the Roots, we celebrate it all — the hard days, the messy middle, the comeback stories that aren’t always tied up with a pretty bow.

Here, you’ll find:
• Real talk about mental health, self-love, and relationships
• Life tips for setting boundaries without losing your softness
• Healing practices, self-care rituals, and words that feel like a warm cup of coffee for your soul
• A community where it’s safe to be a little wild, a little wounded, and wildly worthy

Because let’s be honest:
We’re all a little twisted in the roots — and that’s exactly where the magic starts.

If you’re ready to heal, laugh, cry, and grow through what you go through,
I would love for you to join the journey.

1. Communicate, Like, Actually Communicate

Not just “How was your day?” but real conversations. Share dreams, fears, funny thoughts, and weird ideas. Keep talking like you’re still getting to know each other — because you are. Every day.

2. Appreciate the Little Things

The “thank you” for making coffee. The “I love the way you laugh.” These moments build emotional armor for when life throws a curveball.

3. Choose Curiosity Over Criticism

When something feels off, ask before you assume. Be curious about their world, especially when they seem stressed or distant.

4. Protect Your “Us” Time Like a Mama Bear

Life gets busy. Jobs, kids, dogs, dishes. You need sacred time for just you two — even if it’s eating chips on the couch after the world goes to sleep.

5. Stay Playful

Flirt. Tease. Dance stupidly in the kitchen. Relationships can get heavy if you forget that you’re also supposed to have fun together.

6. Heal Together, Not Against Each Other

Everyone brings wounds into love. Be a safe place for each other’s healing. Not a battlefield.

7. Never Stop Growing (Individually and Together)

Strong relationships are made of strong individuals. Water your own soul too, so you have more love to give.

✨✨✨✨✨
Bottom line:
Love isn’t just a feeling — it’s a practice.
A daily choice to show up, lean in, and build something together that’s stronger than yesterday.

-There's a moment when everything changes.
Not always all at once. Not in a dramatic, cinematic scene.
Sometimes the shift is small. Quiet. Almost forgettable.
But deep inside, something clicks--and nothing is ever the same again.
For me, it wasn't a huge breakdown or a big external crisis.
It was an ache.
A tiredness in my bones.
A still, small voice that whispered, "You were made for more than surviving."
And I couldn't unhear it.
I was standing in my own life, looking around at everything I had built--relationships, routines,
distractions--and thinking, I don't belong here anymore.
It wasn't that it was all bad. It just wasn't me.
It was a version of me built on other people's expectations. A version shaped by trauma, fear, and
guilt. A version who had forgotten how to dream, let alone how to be.-

✨✨✨✨soon I'll be releasing my short but to the point (and SUPER vulnerable) self help guide with prompts and reflections. This is a part of my soul. I truly did open up in ways that I never thought I could. ✨✨✨✨

When my client first came to me, she was floating—disconnected from her center, unsure of her path, and overwhelmed by the noise of the world. She had dreams, yes… but no rhythm. No sacred structure to hold them.

So we started with alignment.
Not just with time management, but with her soul’s timing.
We created a weekly routine that honored her energy cycles, her need for rest, her desire to grow—and we rooted it in compassion, clarity, and a little cosmic wisdom.

We talked astrology. We talked God. We tuned in deeply.
She began to see herself not as broken or behind—but as becoming.
Each week, she returned to herself a little more fully. She planted seeds in faith, trusted the process, and watched her spirit blossom.

Today, she’s not only graduated from our time together—
She’s running her own business. She’s loving herself deeply.
And she’s moving through life with grace, purpose, and divine confidence.

She’s proof that when we align with Spirit, when we create space for sacred discipline and divine timing, we don’t just heal—we rise.

If you’re in a season of uncertainty, know this:
Your soul already knows the way. Sometimes, you just need someone to walk with you as you remember it.

I’m so proud of her. So grateful. So inspired.
And so ready to help the next beautiful soul come back home to themselves.

"I’ve worked hard to feel safe in my own space—so I choose peace over pleasing, and boundaries over burnout."

I used to think setting boundaries meant I was being “too much” or “too cold.”
But I’ve learned that boundaries are one of the most loving things we can give ourselves—and others.
They say: This is how I protect my peace. This is how I honor my growth.

If you’re in a season of choosing yourself, just know—it’s not selfish. It’s sacred.
And it’s where real healing begins.

This is the kind of work I help my clients with every day—learning how to say yes to themselves, without guilt.
You deserve to feel safe in your own space.

You don’t have to start over. You just have to return to yourself.
If you’ve been pouring from an empty cup, running on autopilot, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath the noise…
this is your sign to pause. To soften. To reconnect.

At Twisted In The Roots, I guide you through healing routines, boundary setting, and mental + emotional reset work—so you can stop surviving and start feeling rooted again.

Ready to feel aligned, clear, and supported?
DM me “RESET” and I’ll send you my free Self-Care Toolkit to begin.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something that’s been really close to my heart lately. I’ve been working on a way to help people who feel burned out, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves in the chaos of daily life.

Through gentle self-care, setting healthier boundaries, and reconnecting with what truly matters, I’ve seen how healing is possible—even in small, quiet ways.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or just know it’s time to pour back into you again, I created a free Self-Care Reset Toolkit that might help. No pressure at all—just happy to share something supportive if anyone’s been needing a little reset.

Feel free to DM me or drop a comment, and I’ll send it your way.

Much love,
Twisted In The Roots

Hey everyone! 🌟 As a life coach, I've seen firsthand how setting boundaries can transform lives. Boundaries are essential for maintaining our mental health, protecting our time, and fostering healthy relationships. They help us communicate our needs clearly and ensure that we are not overextending ourselves. Remember, it's okay to say no and prioritize your well-being. Let's embrace the power of boundaries and create a balanced, fulfilling life! 💪✨
