Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, oyster) ๐
1 bunch kale, chopped ๐ฅฌ
1 block firm tofu (pressed & cubed)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds for garnish

1๏ธโฃ Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden, then set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Heat sesame oil, sautรฉ garlic & ginger until fragrant.
